Coaching is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Your coach is speaking from personal experience, and this is not advice for how you should live. You remain 100% responsible for your actions, thoughts, and feelings. You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, hold Jason Deppen or AlterAbility, LLC liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a direct or indirect result of coaching.

Results cannot be guaranteed. The most effective coaching happens when you're open to new possibilities by being willing to question anything you believe.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and New York. The parties expressly agree that jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this agreement shall be exclusive with the courts situated within the State of New York. Professional mediation will be utilized before any other legal action can take place.

The terms and conditions here are non‐negotiable and take precedence over any communications whatsoever.
